Are there any limits on withdrawals?
Cryptocurrencies Daily withdrawal limit of $20,000 (or equivalent). Verified accounts can lift this restriction.
Money Withdrawals Refunds must be processed before withdrawing funds from bank cards. In order to make withdrawals via any fiat method, your account needs to be verified.
How fast is my withdrawal processed?
At NeXoBiT we process withdrawals instantly. In rare cases it may take up to 24 hours to process your withdrawal on a business day.
How can I check the status of my withdrawal?
You can check the status of your Crypto or Money withdrawal, or cancel it from the Withdraw section of your account.
Account and security How can I secure my NeXoBiT account?
To secure your NeXoBiT account, we highly recommend enabling 2FA (2-factor authentication) and login notifications. You can do this from the Settings page of your account.
I lost or reset my 2FA device / phone. What can I do to restore access?
When enabling 2FA on your account, you will receive a 16-digit backup code. To restore access to your account, add a new time-code generator in your 2FA app and enter the 16-digit backup code.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
You can reset your account password using the Password recovery feature.
Where can I check my login history?
‘Last logins’ section on the Settings page of your account show the latest logins made to your account.
How to disable email notifications?
If you’d like to disable email notifications, you can also do that from the Settings page of your account.
How can I delete my NeXoBiT account?

NeXoBiT offers cross and isolated margin systems

What are the fees?
There are 2 types of trading fees Trade fee and Overnight financing.
